Liz Aiken is now producing & hosting her third cable network show. She brings to In a Heartbeat her own off-beat style. With her professional background in critical care nursing, she knows the benefit of balancing reality with a touch of humor. For a few seasons, Liz could even be found on two separate cable networks - simultaneously. While co-producing/hosting Positively Positive with a good friend, she was also creative producer, host and chef of Lizard's Lounge, a demented-style cooking show.
Taping occurs at the WMTV Studios of the Grosse Pointe War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, USA. Now living in Manhattan, "Roadtrip!" is Liz's frequent declaration.
